Lake Shore Drive. Workers were going to tuckpoint and restore its terra cotta façade, but those plans have changed. Pending proposals call for the current building to be demolished and replaced with a 42-unit residential building. That plan fits the zoning requirements, but developers will need public approval for other elements of their plan. They are seeking a 20% reduction in the required number of parking spots as well as non-standard setbacks for the north side yard…
