A Reminder about We know it has been a long haul and we are all exhausted dealing with the pandemic. Thankfully, 3750 has been successful in containing the risks associated with the coronavirus and we want to ensure continued success throughout the higher risk seasons of fall and winter. As you know, the virus spreads more easily as we spend more time indoors. Cases are already on the rise since schools opened and other restrictions have eased. 3750 NEWSLETTER 2020 ANNUAL MEETING The Annual Meeting, on October 27, will, of course, be “virtual” this year.  All shareholders are asked to make a special effort to submit votes in a timely fashion.  It is imperative that at least 50% of shareholders participate in order to achieve the necessary quorum. ONGOING  PROJECTS The Basement Containment project is currently focused on electrical (lighting) work as well as the acquisition and installation of required doors.  A progress report will be issued soon.
