(Guest Suite) Work on the Guest Suite has been proceeding and we’re now hoping that the suite will be ready for its first guests by the second week in April. Drago will be keeping the calendar for reservations which may be made up to 60 days in advance. The daily rate will be $150.

SOME GOOD NEWS TODAY… IMPORTANT UPDATES AND REMINDERS FROM THE BOARD Yes, masks are still in place at 3750…BUT ONLY FOR A FEW MORE DAYS!!! WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Effective Monday, February 28, 2022 the city and the state are both ending mask and vaccine card mandates. At 3750 that means that masks will no longer be required in any of the public spaces: elevators, corridors, entrances, lobbys, garden court, laundry room and exercise areas.

GOING UP! The service elevator project is ready to move forward. Project is planned to begin end of March. GUEST SUITE PROGRESS: Electric work has been completed. Tile work is almost done. Next week the flooring contractor will install vinyl planking in the living area and bedroom. The lovely tile to the left is a sneak peek at what’s in store. Sally Chappell – Professional Biography and Remembrances Sally A. Kitt Chappell’s broad range includes architectural history, travel essays, poetry, and literary criticism. While a professor of art history at DePaul University in Chicago she published several books and articles, including “Architecture and Planning of Graham, Anderson, Probst and White,” (University of Chicago Press), which won the Association of American Publishers award for the best book in architecture and urban planning of 1992. IMPORTANT UPDATES AND REMINDERS FROM THE BOARD STAFF ADDITIONS Marvin Alanis has joined the 3750 Maintenance Team. Marvin brings his construction background to 3750. His schedule is Wednesday through Sunday night, 3rd shift, but will be working the first weeks on 1st shift while he becomes accustomed to the building. Robert Jhon Dumatol has been added as a fulltime employee to the 3750 Door Staff team. Robert has been working here part-time since 2016. You can greet Robert at the Grace Street door Saturday-Wednesday, 3:30pm-11:30pm. Hospitality Suite No opening date.
