Zombie Dust, Hop Stoopid, Arrogant Bastard Ale, Zonker Stout… we are in the midst of the great American beer renaissance and it’s about to make a stop at 3750. 

Our own Chris “Bruce” White (2G) founded the Chicago Beer Experience and its highly-rated beer tours in 2011 and has since led hundreds of group forays into Chicago’s craft brewery scene.

Now Bruce will introduce us to some of his favorite discoveries, with a strong focus on local beers.  He’ll hit us with a little “Beer 101,” then a short history of the breweries and the back-story of the beers we’ll be quaffing.
