As you may know, 3750 is coming to the end of the first five years of its two-part, ten-year capital plan. The second phase of the plan identifies and sets priorities for various building improvement projects that require significant capital investment in the next five years.
The Capital Plan Task Force, appointed by your board of directors earlier this year, has been evaluating current and future building needs to decide which projects require action in the five years beginning January 2016. The task force also researched preliminary estimates of approximate costs in order to weigh the options on how to finance these projects.
At this meeting the Capital Plan Task Force will present its findings for shareholder comment.
Your input, questions and discussion are critical to the successful completion of the plan. In the past, shareholder ideas and concerns have shaped the plan, its financing and execution. You are urged to participate in this meeting if at all possible.
The 2016 – 2020 Capital Plan has a direct impact on the safety and quality of life at 3750 and plays an important role in your assessments. Please join us. Your input is crucial to producing a plan that meets the needs of our building and our community as economically as possible.
