SALLY KITT CHAPPELL (10D)
Architectural Historian and Author of “Chicago’s Urban Nature”
Sunday, June 25th Hospitality Room 2pm
A professor emeritus of art and architecture and a contributor to the New York Times and other periodicals, our own Sally Kitt Chappell (10D) will use dozens of archival and contemporary photographs to explain and illustrate our city’s often stunning blend of natural and urban landscapes. She will pinpoint several of Chicago’s natural treasures that may well be unknown to you. This talk is a perfect complement to last month’s acclaimed presentation by Carol Ross Barney.
