Garden Court/Pool Closures @ Week of July 16th

Please be advised the Fire Escape Door & Window Project has begun which involves almost daily closures of the Garden Court and pool. This is being done to protect life and limb from the risk of falling debris from the work above the skylight domes. We will issue a schedule every Friday during the project detailing the following week’s closures.

The closings for the week of July 16th are as follows:

  • July.16th 8am-4pm
  • July.17th 8am-4pm
  • July.18th 8am-4pm
  • July.19th 8am-4pm
  • July.20th 8am-4pm

Signs will be posted. For your safety, please do not enter the pool or Garden Court during these closure times.

We appreciate your cooperation and please direct any questions to the Receiving room.

The Communications Committee is dedicated to keeping the shareholders informed about projects, upcoming meetings, issues and general information bout the building and the community. In addition to the website you are currently viewing, the Communications Committee holds period town meetings for the shareholders to discuss what’s going on in the building, publishes a monthly project update and issues periodic news bulletins of interest to the community.

House Committee Meeting (Open) @ Hospitality Room

House has the responsibility and authority to review and make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding requests for the approval of proposed remodeling projects. House reviews matters affecting the overall standard of living and lifestyle at 3750, and makes recommendations to the Board concerning the functions and services provided by management and staff as well as the necessary cooperative efforts required of shareholders.

The Applications Committee interviews applicants wishing to purchase 3750 shares, or rent a unit, and makes a recommendation to the Board of Directors on the eligibility of applicants.
